ElkoDaily.com mentioned that Nevada is now looking into the issue of domestic violence and stalking among teen relationships. Unfortunately, it is too late to save one girl's life by putting more effort into Stopping the Violence in Nevada. They are merely trying to avoid this from happening to someone else in the future.

Tragedy in West Wendover
Last week, an 18 year old boy allegedly murdered an ex-girlfriend of his who was 16 years old and named Micaela Costanzo. They both attended the Junior/Senior High school there in West Wendover, NV.
Here is the very first story about the girl when she went missing: 16 year old girl missing. The 2nd story where the Community mourns death of teen, the 3rd story where the Murderer explains the details of the event involving a shovel, and the 4th story where the District Attorney is still considering the death penalty for Kody Patten.
The Pattens are a family that Butch is related to. He is cousins with Kody's father and he is very familiar with their family. He stayed with them for the entire 3 months he was out there for his ambulance driver job. Kody hung around with Butch a lot during that time, which was 2 summers ago.
In summary, both Butch and I feel very sad and somber for both families involved and hope that justice will be brought forward and the real truth will be revealed. Such a tragedy!!

Moved a While Ago
My boyfriend, Butch, moved back to Utah County and away from the West Wendover, Nevada scene so I no longer have current updates for this blog. It was a fun time for sure though. The city basically never sleeps (like Las Vegas). There is always a casino open to spend your money at and try to win big.

Ball Tree
Further down towards Wendover, there is a man-made installation which I call the Ball Tree. It is interesting, to say the least. Check it out!

Ambulance Call
My man, Butch, took the job in Wendover to drive an Ambulance. Here he is at the wheel. :)
Sometimes the 'calls' are so bad that they need to life-flight the patient to the nearest hospital in Salt Lake City. Here is life-flight touching ground to meet them.
