Autopsy Will Reveal All

Another news report was published on March 31st about how the Autopsy could make or break the case for Kody Patten in the alleged murder of Micaela Costanzo. According to this news report, an Amber Alert was NOT issued once this teenager was reported missing and that could be a detail that would be looked at closely if the time of death appears way later than when Kody was with her - which will be revealed in the Autopsy. Time will tell.

Patten chooses his two attorneys to represent him

Another update on Kody Patten, the 18 year old, who allegedly murdered Micaela Costanzo with a shovel and buried her body in a shallow grave. He has Chosen his 2 Attorneys to represent him in court: John Ohlson from Reno and Jeff Kump from Elko. He has a preliminary hearing set for May 5th and 6th coming up.

Kody Patten now has an Attorney

According to the news article from Coyote-TV, Kody Patten now has a court appointed attorney working for him named Robert Ohlson. The death penalty is still out on the table in this case. "Ignoring his claim of accident and panic, Patten’s statement to police could put him on death row by itself." So we will see how this case is handled and what the future holds for Kody Patten.

NV Looking to Stop the Violence

ElkoDaily.com mentioned that Nevada is now looking into the issue of domestic violence and stalking among teen relationships. Unfortunately, it is too late to save one girl's life by putting more effort into Stopping the Violence in Nevada. They are merely trying to avoid this from happening to someone else in the future.

This is a follow-up to the original story about the Tragedy in West Wendover involving Kody Patten (alleged murderer) and Micaela Costanzo (the victim).

Moved a While Ago

My boyfriend, Butch, moved back to Utah County and away from the West Wendover, Nevada scene so I no longer have current updates for this blog. It was a fun time for sure though. The city basically never sleeps (like Las Vegas). There is always a casino open to spend your money at and try to win big.
